Lyon est une très vieille et belle ville. C’est en France entre Paris et Marseille. Il a plus monuments historiques et musées. Il y a très grande basiliques et le Palais des Congrès de Lyon. J’ai envie de visiter Lyon parce que j’aime voir des monuments historiques et j'aime voir du beau architecture. Je veux visiter Lyon avec ma petite amie.
Excellent post, Zach. Mes commentaires: 1) it looks like you mean "plusieurs" rather than "plus" before monuments historiques, 2) I hesitate to mention this, but you would technically say "il y a de tres grandes basiliques." Why "de" instead of "des," which is what we've used in class for plurals after "il y a"? Because there's another rule in play which states that plural nouns preceded by plural adjectives take "de" ("de grands hommes," "de vieux amis"). I mention this, but you do not need to know it for the test. 3) What will be on the test, however, is the choice of article after "j'aime voir," which should have read "j'aime voir la belle architecture" (that is, feminine noun with definite article).
