Perpignan est une grande et urbanisée ville sur sud de la France. C'est une touristique ville que touristes visite beaucoup. Il y a nombreux fruits et légumes. Il y a aussi des structures historiques et beaux villages. La mer de Perpignan est bleu et beau. On peut se baigner et bronzer à la plage. Plus tard, je veux visite Perpignan et prendre des vacances.

A few comments/corrections: 1) you were right to put "grande" before "ville," but "urbanisee" goes after the noun (so une grande ville urbanisee" would have been better), 2) the article "de" would precede "nombreux", 3) "touristique" also goes after the noun, 4) as "touristes" is plural, you would use the plural form of the verb (visitant), 5) as la mer is feminine, you would use "bleue" and "belle" for the adjectives, and 6) "visiter" should stay an infinitive (as you did with prendre) when it is the second verb in a row. But again, tres bien.
